A.
The ordinances heretofore adopted creating the following
boards and agencies of the Township of Manchester are hereby continued,
except that none of the members of such boards or agencies shall receive
any salary or compensation for membership on any such board or agency,
except as is provided by general law:

B.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the continuation of
the boards and agencies as provided for in the foregoing subsection
shall not be construed to continue the office or term of any elected
or appointed officer of the Township whose office or term has ceased
as determined by operation of law, N.J.S.A. 40:69A-207.
