No-passing zones are hereby established and
shall be maintained upon the following streets or portions of streets,
as approved and authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation,
in accordance with various dated and numbered drawings and sketches
as indicated. Where designated other than by sketch or drawing, the
appropriate streets are identified. A copy of each relevant drawing
and sketch shall be maintained on file with the office of the Clerk
of the Township of Manchester.
