The Township of Manchester has adopted and enacted an Employee
Handbook and a policies and procedures manual. The Employee Handbook
and policies and procedures manual are not a contract and are intended
to provide guidelines to Township employees. The Employee Handbook
and policies and procedures manual shall be kept on file in the Township
Clerk's office for inspection and review by all employees of
the Township, as well as the general public, during normal business
hours.

The Employee Handbook and policies and procedures manual may
be amended and supplemented from time to time by the governing body
by the adoption of a resolution of the governing body adopting the
changes. Each employee of the Township shall be provided a paper or
electronic copy of these documents.

Responsibility for implementation of these policies and procedures is under the Mayor pursuant to §
2-3 and the Business Administrator pursuant to §
2-22, and may be assigned to the Personnel Officer or others as designated by the Business Administrator.
