There is hereby established a fee for filing
of vital statistic correction forms with the Registrar of Vital Statistics
within the Township of Manchester.
[Amended 5-29-2007 by Ord. No. 07-022; 1-14-2008 by Ord. No.
07-057]
A fee of $15, effective February 15, 2008, shall
be paid to the Registrar of Vital Statistics at the time the correction
form is filed.
