The Township reserves the right to close any section of its public lands for use by its summer recreation programs. It shall be unlawful for any person not in the summer recreation program to enter into the section of a Township lake or park that is reserved for those participating in the program during the dates posted at the boundary edge of the reserved section.

Each year of the summer recreation program, signs will be posted clearly stating the area reserved for summer recreation participants, including the dates of the year so reserved.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties included in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Township Code.
