The duly appointed Director of Recreation, with
the approval of the Mayor or his/her designee, may and is hereby authorized
to make such reasonable rules and regulations for the health, safety
and welfare of the public. Such rules and regulations shall be posted
at Township parks, recreation areas, lakes, beaches, picnic areas
and other public lands.
Any person violating any of the terms or provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$500 and/or confinement in the Ocean County Jail for a period not
to exceed 30 days.
