The reconstruction, repair, maintenance and
lighting of those undedicated streets located within the following
developments within the Township of Manchester by the Township be
and hereby are authorized pursuant to and in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40:67-23.1: Leisure Village West, Leisure Knoll, Cedar Glen Homes,
Cedar Glen West, The Arbors (formerly Holiday Manor), Leisure Ridge,
Crestwood Village Sections 1 through 7, Pine Ridge, Cedar Glen Lakes,
Whiting Station, Pine Ridge South, Renaissance, Country Walk, The
Meadows at Lake Ridge, The Reserve, and River Pointe.
The acceptance of the services aforesaid shall
not constitute an offer of dedication of those undedicated streets
located in the above referred to developments, nor shall the performance
of the services by the Township of Manchester constitute an acceptance
of any such offer of dedication.
