No owner or operator of a motor vehicle shall park said vehicle
unattended on any Town street or highway or county highway within
the Town of Dickinson for the longer of the following:
A. For 24 hours following the prediction by the National Weather Service,
for Broome County, New York, of two or more inches of snow within
the next 24 hours; or
B. Upon the accumulation of two or more inches of snow, as measured
by the Commissioner of Public Works (or his/her designee) in the Town
of Dickinson Town Hall front yard, until such accumulation has been
reduced to less than two inches by melting or evaporation.

The Commissioner of Public Works shall maintain appropriate
signs at all main entrances to the Town of Dickinson between November
15 and April 15 of each year stating "No Parking After two inches
Snowfall or two inches Predicted Snow November 15 to April All Roads
Town of Dickinson."
