[Adopted 7-5-1988 by L.L. No. 2-1988 as Ch. 107, Art. II of the 1988 Code]
Real property located in the Village of North Collins, owned by one or more persons, each of whom is 65 years of age or over, or real property owned by husband and wife, one of whom is 65 years of age or over, shall be exempt from taxation by the Village of North Collins in the manner, to the extent and in the conditions provided by § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law after the making and filing of proper application therefor.[1]
