A.
All household waste, garbage, or trash must be stored
in airtight and waterproof containers with securely fastened lids.
Lids may be removed when the garbage is placed at curbside for pickup.
B.
The airtight and waterproof containers may not be
placed at curbside for pickup earlier than 5:00 p.m. the day before
scheduled pickup and the containers must be removed no later than
6:00 p.m. on the evening of pickup.
C.
The airtight and waterproof containers must be placed
away from and out of sight of the street and may not be placed in
the front yards of homes.
Items scheduled for bulk pickup may be put out
no earlier than two days before the scheduled pickup date and must
be curbside no later than 6:30 a.m. on the scheduled date. Bulk items
shall be neatly set at curbside. All items scheduled for bulk pickup
must be generated by or from the residences at which the bulk pickup
is located.
A.
Recycling materials shall be put at curbside no earlier
than 5:00 p.m. on the day before the pickup, and recycling containers
must be removed no later than 6:00 p.m. on the evening of the scheduled
pickup.
B.
The recycling containers must be placed away from
and out of sight of the street and may not be placed in the front
yards of homes.
Anyone violating any provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties included in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Township Code, pertaining to unlawful solid waste disposal. Each and every day in which a violation of any provision of this article exists shall constitute a separate violation.
