The following position is hereby created as part of the Borough's
unclassified positions: Assistant Payroll Manager.
The compensation fixed and determined by this article for the
persons holding the respective offices and positions of employment
herein named shall, except as otherwise provided by statute, ordinance
or resolution, be in lieu of all other fees, costs and charges, and
all such other fees, costs and charges received and collected by such
offices and employees shall be remitted promptly to the Borough Treasurer.[1]
