There is hereby established a fee for the use of the Civic Center
of the Manchester Township Municipal Building.
A.
A fee
of $100 per day shall be paid for use of the civic center. Said fee
shall be paid to the Department of Public Works at the time the contract
for the use of the room is executed.
B.
The Civic
Center may be used for such purposes, including but not limited to
local, civic organizations or groups who meet for a social or civic
purpose.
C.
The kitchen
at the Civic Center may be used upon request at the discretion of
the Township administration. There shall be an additional per-day
charge of $50 for use of the kitchen.
D.
All parties
are responsible for cleanup and restoration of the Civic Center facility
in a neat and orderly fashion.
In-kind services may be accepted by the Township in lieu of
the per-day fee of $100.
All organizations using the Civic Center shall provide the Department
of Public Works a valid certificate of insurance two weeks prior to
the use.
All nonprofit organizations shall be exempt from the rental
fee of $100 upon submission of a § 501(c)3 or at the discretion
of the administration upon presentation of a request for use of the
facility as a nonprofit for such groups as clubs, organizations and
other noncorporate and nonprofit-type agencies.
All scheduling shall be based on the availability of the facility
as determined by the Department of Public Works.
