Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 53 Pa.C.S.A.
§ 2301 et seq., the Borough Code and the Second Class Township
Code, the terms and conditions of the fire services agreement by and
between the Borough of Emsworth, Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company,
and the Township of Kilbuck is hereby approved and adopted, said agreement
being substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, which
agreement is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.[1] Further, the Borough is hereby authorized to enter into
any amendment, extension or cancellation of said agreement by resolution.

The appropriate authorized officers of the Borough of Emsworth
are hereby authorized to execute and enter into said fire protection
agreement on behalf of the Borough and to take all actions and execute
all documents necessary to implement said agreement.
