A.
The parking, standing or stopping of vehicles in the locations described
in Schedule "J" and Schedule "L" is hereby restricted as follows:

(1)
In locations designated as "no parking," the parking of vehicles
is prohibited at all times or during the hours or time periods indicated,
if any.
(2)
In locations designated as "limited parking," the parking of vehicles
is hereby prohibited for a longer period of time than that specified
during the hours indicated, if any.
(3)
In locations designated as "no parking (seasonal)," the parking of
vehicles is hereby prohibited during the hours and days indicated
during the months of June, July, August and September, beginning with
12:00 midnight May 31 and ending with 12:00 midnight September 30.
(4)
In locations designated for metered parking the parking of vehicles shall be subject to the provisions of Article III of this chapter, and parking is hereby prohibited for a longer period of time than that specified during the hours indicated in § 3-7.

In locations designated for "angle parking," vehicles shall be parked
only at the angle designated.
(6)
In locations designated as "no standing," the standing of vehicles
is hereby prohibited at all times or during the hours indicated, if
any.
(7)
In locations designated as "no stopping," the stopping of vehicles
is hereby prohibited at all times or during the hours indicated, if
any.
(8)
In locations designated as "bus stops," the parking, standing or
stopping of vehicles, other than buses, is hereby prohibited.
(9)
In locations designated as "loading zones," the parking and standing
of vehicles, except for the express purpose of loading or unloading
merchandise and goods, is hereby prohibited.
(10)
In locations designated as "taxi stands," the parking, standing
or stopping of vehicles, other than taxis, is hereby prohibited. Taxis
using such stands shall not be left unattended and shall be subject
to all other vehicle and traffic regulations of the Town.
B.
The parking, standing or stopping of vehicles within 15 feet of a
fire hydrant or a different distance as indicated by an official sign
is hereby prohibited, except when such vehicle is attended by a licensed
operator who is seated in the front seat and who can immediately move
such vehicle in case of an emergency.
C.
The parking, standing or stopping of vehicles on the roadway side
of any vehicles stopped, standing or parked at the edge or curb of
the street is hereby prohibited.
D.
The parking, standing or stopping within an intersection is hereby
prohibited, except where permitted by an official sign or parking
meter.
E.
The parking, standing or stopping of vehicles obstructing driveways
or alleys is hereby prohibited.
F.
It shall be unlawful to park, stand or leave idling a motor vehicle
on a sidewalk, walkway, median divider or island, or at any location
other than in designated parking spaces.

G.
It shall be unlawful to park, stand or stop a motor vehicle within
Town of Huntington beach parking lots unless there is affixed to the
right rear passenger window of the vehicle a valid resident beach
parking sticker or display of a Town issued daily pass in accordance
with this article.
