There is hereby established a fee for the use of the Manchester
Township Police Firearms Range.
As of January 1, 2011, a fee of $100 per day shall be paid for
the use of any portion of the Manchester Township Police Firearms
Range. A process will be established by Finance and the Police Department
for the collection of this fee. The Chief of Police, at his discretion,
may waive this fee for special events such as the Annual Chiefs of
Police shooting competition.
All organizations using the Firearms Range shall maintain proper
insurance coverage for range activities and shall also provide a certified
range instructor at all times. All organizations using the range will
be responsible for cleaning up the range and surrounding areas at
the completion of their usage. They also will be responsible for any
damage done to the range and surrounding areas due to their use of
the same.
All range scheduling shall be based on the availability of the
facility as determined by the Police Department.
