The license of the sales of cigarettes and tobacco products in the Village of Rothschild shall be governed by the provisions of § 134.65, Wis. Stats., which is hereby adopted by reference into this Code as if fully set forth herein. Any future amendment, revision or modification of said statute is intended to be made part of this chapter. The annual fee for such license shall be set by the Village Board, and the license shall expire at 12:00 midnight on the last day of June of each year.
A. 
In accordance with § 254.92(4), Wis. Stats., the provisions of § 254.92, Wis. Stats., which restrict the purchase and possession of cigarettes or tobacco products by children are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by the statute incorporated herein is required or prohibited by this chapter. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of said statute incorporated herein are intended to be made part of this chapter in order to secure uniform regulation of tobacco sales to minors statewide.
B. 
Any child violating this provision shall be subject to disposition in accordance with §§ 938.343 and 254.92, Wis. Stats.
In accordance with § 134.66(5), Wis. Stats., the provisions of § 134.66, Wis. Stats., restricting the sale or gift of cigarettes or tobacco products are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by the statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this chapter. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of said statute incorporated herein are intended to be made part of this chapter in order to secure uniform regulation of tobacco sales to minors statewide.
