[Added 4-9-2002 STM, Art. 3; amended 5-22-2021 ATM by Art. 1]
The Town accept the renumbering and revision of the various bylaws of the Town from their original numbering or their numbering in the Town Bylaws to the numbering or codification, arrangement, sequence and captions and the comprehensive revisions to the text of the Town Bylaws — excluding the Zoning Bylaw — as set forth in the Final Draft of the Code of the Town of Hopedale, dated 2002, copies of which were available at Town Hall and on the Town Web site (hopedalemass.com), said codification having been done under the direction of the Bylaw Review Committee, Select Board, Town Counsel and Town Coordinator, and said Code being a compilation and comprehensive revision of the present bylaws of the Town, excluding the Zoning Bylaws. These bylaws shall be referred to as the "Code of the Town of Hopedale, Massachusetts."
