All public meetings within the Town of Hopedale and of a governmental body as defined in the "Open Meeting Law," MGL c. 39, § 23A, shall be held in locations which are accessible to those persons with impairments or disabilities.
Advance notice required by law for public meetings shall be posted according to procedure in an accessible location, and in any appropriate media.
The Commission on Disabilities[1] is directed to monitor compliance with this bylaw and is further directed to report at future Annual Town Meetings regarding compliance and recommended changes to this bylaw, if necessary.
