[HISTORY: Adopted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town
of Plainville, effective 7-1-2004. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Applications for any and all variances, special permits, exceptions,
waivers of strict compliance, and appeals from decisions of the Building
Inspector will have an application fee of $125.
MGL c. 40B comprehensive permits will have an application fee
of $500.
Applications requiring multiple variances and special permits
will be submitted and filed as individual applications accompanied
with a check made payable to the Town of Plainville for $125 for each
application.
