A violation of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction
thereof, in addition to the forfeiture of the permit, shall be punished
by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days,
or both, per violation, such fine and imprisonment to be in the discretion
of the court.
