The whereas clauses of Ord. No. state that "Comcast currently
holds a non-exclusive franchise from the Borough by virtue of a Franchise
Agreement to provide Cable Service, which has an effective date of
March 9, 1993."
The governing body of the Borough of Colwyn does hereby approve
the franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all of
the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorized
the execution of such agreement.[1]
