The West Bradford Township Board of Supervisors does hereby
approve and authorize the execution of the Cable Franchise Renewal
Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

The Township hereby authorizes the execution of a cable franchise
agreement with Comcast to construct, install, maintain, extend and
operate a cable system, the specific terms of which, agreeable to
both parties, are memorialized in an agreement incorporated herein
by reference.[1]
