Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 5390 adopted by reference the
1993 Edition of the BOCA National Plumbing Code and made several amendments
thereto. Ordinance No. 5390 was determined to be superseded by the
PA Uniform Construction Code, with the sole exception of an amendment
to Section P-304.3 of the 1993 BOCA National Plumbing Code, because
it equals or exceeds the requirements of the PA Uniform Construction
Code. The amendment to Section P-304.3 of the 1993 BOCA National Plumbing
Code is included as this article.
A public water main or public sewer system shall be considered
available to a structure where the structure is located within 300
feet of the public water main or sewer.
