A. 
When an account first becomes overdue, the Borough shall provide notification to the record owner of the real property and to any known tenant of the property within 30 days of the delinquency.
B. 
When the account becomes 30 days delinquent, Jordan and/or the Borough shall then issue a "Delinquent Notice" for the bill in the form of a letter or other written instrument.
C. 
The Borough tax collector and/or Jordan may, in the same letter or written instrument, request the payment of such delinquent account together with any penalties and interest due thereon, by the tenant(s) and real property owner.
D. 
If the delinquent bill is not paid thereafter in accordance with the law, Jordan and/or the Borough shall seek legal remedy.
