A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Chaffee, Missouri, being marked
and designated as the International Building Code, 2003 Edition, as
published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted
as the code of the City of Chaffee, Missouri, for the control of building
and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations,
provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code
are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully
set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, deletions
and changes, if any, on file in the City offices.

A.
In interpreting
the International Building Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the
International Code Council, as adopted by the City Council of the
City of Chaffee, all references to the entity adopting the code shall
by the City of Chaffee, Missouri and the Code Enforcement Official
shall be the City Council of the City of Chaffee, Missouri and or
its designee the Building Inspector of the City of Chaffee.
B.
Pursuant
to International Building Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the
International Code Council, and as the same shall be amended, the
fee schedule for building permits shall be and is hereby established
as follows:
