The failure of a responsible party to adhere with a provision of Articles III through VII of this Chapter 620 shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Each and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. The penalties for violations of this chapter shall be those provided by § 1-15 of the Code of the City of Camden.
