In the US University and Support Zone, no building, structure or premises shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected or structurally altered, except for the following permitted uses:

Any use not listed above shall be prohibited in the US University and Support Zone, and specifically the following:

Signs in any form except as permitted in this chapter.
B. 
Lodging houses, boardinghouses, rooming houses, group homes or any combination thereof.
C. 
Wholesale, storage, and warehouse facilities.
D. 
Lumber and building supply sales and storage.
E. 
Junkyards and automobile graveyards.
F. 
New and/or used automobile and truck sales.
G. 
Auto body repair.
H. 
Automobile service station, gasoline station, or motor vehicle service station.
I. 
Car wash.
J. 
Truck stops.
K. 
Wholesale, storage and warehouse facilities.
The following conditional uses shall be permitted in this zone:

Places of worship, subject to the requirements of § 870-209.
B. 
Child-care centers, subject to the requirements of § 870-203.

Public utility facilities, subject to the requirements of § 870-191.
