In the MS Medical and Support Zone, no building, structure or premises shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected or structurally altered, except for the following uses:

Semidetached dwellings.
C. 
Duplex (two-family) dwellings.
D. 
Townhouses (attached/row) dwellings.
E. 
Multifamily dwellings.
F. 
Hospitals, medical clinics, and health care facilities.
G. 
Nursing and convalescent homes.
H. 
Outpatient care facilities, including surgical centers.
I. 
Establishments for physical therapy treatments.
J. 
Health care and allied services, including family planning clinics, group health associations, and visiting nurses associations.
K. 
Medical and dental education and vocations centers.
L. 
Medical and dental laboratories and testing centers.
M. 
Medical offices and facilities, including but not limited to doctor, dentist and veterinary offices, chiropractors, and psychiatrists.
N. 
Financial institutions, including but not limited to bank, savings and loan associations, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Any use not listed above shall be prohibited in the MS Medical and Support Zone, and specifically the following:

Lodging houses, boardinghouses, rooming houses, group homes, or any combination thereof.

Lumber and building supply sales and storage.
D. 
Junkyards and automobile graveyards.

Auto body shop.

Automobile service station, gasoline station, or motor vehicle service station.
H. 
Car wash.
I. 
Farm market.

Garden center.

Home center.

Wholesale, storage, and warehouse.
The following conditional uses shall be permitted in this zone:

Parabolic dish antennas, subject to the requirements of § 870-210.
