All contracts let through Camden City, its contracting departments
and agencies for the delivery of goods and services to the City having
an anticipated value not exceeding $100,000 shall omit any requirement
for the submission of bid bonds, surety bonds and/or performance bonds
as a condition precedent to the submission of any bid in responding
to a publicly advertised request for bids.
