The Cable Television Franchise as set out in Ordinance Number
1180, as amended, shall be on file in the City offices and is hereby
adopted by reference as if fully set out herein.

Any person who provides cable television services to any customer
in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, shall be subject to the regulations
set forth in Exhibit A hereto which is hereby incorporated herein
by reference, as if fully set out herein and is on file in the City
offices.

The Cable Communications Regulatory Code as set out in Ordinance
