Penalty:
|
Every person, firm, association or corporation violating this
Schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not
less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred fifty dollars
($150.00).
|
|
Every motor vehicle found parked in violation of this Schedule
shall be towed away and stored, under direction and authority of the
Street Commissioner of the City of Palmyra, Missouri, and possession
thereof shall not be relinquished to the owner thereof until all reasonable
costs of towing and storage have been paid to the person, firm or
corporation performing the towing and storage services, or to the
Treasurer of the City of Palmyra, Missouri.
