In accordance with Chapter 360 of this Title and when signs are properly erected, the following locations shall be loading zones within the City:

North Columbus Street, beginning at the southeast corner of
the intersection of East Union Street and North Columbus Street and
running south 184 feet in length and 12 foot wide, with said loading
zone to continue on the southeast corner of East Union Street where
it intersects with North Columbus Street and running east along East
Union Street 123 feet and 8 foot wide.

All parking in said loading zone shall be prohibited from 6:00
A.M. to 9:00 A.M., with the exception of commercial vehicles parking
temporarily for loading and unloading.
