The City of Carl Junction does hereby adopt the Carl Junction,
Missouri Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan, dated June 2000,
as amended and filed with the City Clerk at the time this chapter
is adopted, to provide for stormwater management within the City of
Carl Junction, Missouri.

Editor’s Note: This ordinance adopted a new stormwater
management plan prepared by Allgeier Martin and Associates, Inc.,
December 2018, for the January 2017 to December 2021 MS4 permitting
cycle. Said plan is on file in the City offices.

Junction, Missouri Stormwater Management Criteria Manual, dated October
2010, as filed with the City Clerk at the time this chapter is adopted,
to provide for stormwater management within the City of Carl Junction,
Missouri.
