The long title of this chapter is "A Chapter to Establish Zoning Regulations for the Use of Land and Structures, the Area of Lots, the Bulk of Buildings and Other Structures, the Density of Population and the Provision of Off-Street Parking Spaces; to Divide the Borough into Districts; and Similar Regulations for the Borough of Bellmawr, Camden County, New Jersey, in Accordance With the Provisions of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law."
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Bellmawr Borough Zoning Ordinance."
The zoning regulations and districts set forth in this chapter are designed to effectuate the Bellmawr Borough Master Plan for land use and to make such regulations substantially consistent with said land use plan element.
