The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition
Policies Act of 1970 as contained within 42 Section U.S.C. Sections
4601 et seq. is hereby adopted, in full, as the policy for relocation
and real property acquisitions within the City of Valley Park, Missouri,
wherein Federal funding is wholly or partially involved or for redevelopment
projects within a tax increment finance (TIF) district established
pursuant to Sections 99.800 through 99.865, RSMo.
