In order to address temporary conditions that may vary over
a limited period of time due to special activities such as particular
construction projects, special events and the like, the Mayor of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow shall have temporary authority in consultation
with the Village Chief of Police, the Village Director in charge of
the Department of Architecture, Land Use Development, Buildings and
Building Compliance, and the Village General Foreman of Public Works,
to suspend impose, temporarily, directional, parking and speed limitations
on the following streets and over the following periods of time:
A.
Continental Street from Pocantico Street to its terminus: February
1, 2016, to January 31, 2018.

Beekman Avenue, from Clinton Street to Hudson Street: February 15,
2016, to February 15, 2018.
