I, of the 1998 Township Code), as amended; Art. II, Leaves of Absence; Disability, adopted 5-13-1985 by Ord. No. 732 (Ch. 33, Art. II, of the 1998 Township Code), as amended; Art. III, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy, adopted 12-12-2016 by Ord. No. 1066; Art. IV, Workplace Violence Policy, adopted 4-10-2017 by Ord. No. 1070; and Art. V, Email and Computer Use Policy; Social Media Policy, adopted 11-25-2019 by Ord. No. 1083.
A. 
The current Personnel Manual of the Township of Wilkins and all revisions and amendments to it, including, but not limited to, those originally adopted by Ordinance Number 334 on June 1, 1964, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
B. 
Attached hereto as Exhibit "A"[1] is the Personnel Manual for the Township of Wilkins to be adopted by this chapter as the official Personnel Manual for the Township of Wilkins.
