There is hereby created a Planning Commission for the Township
of Wilkins, to consist of five members appointed by the Board of Commissioners
for terms of four years each, in accordance with Article II of the
Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10201
et seq.).
The Planning Commission shall consider plans for proposed subdivisions
and land development and shall make its recommendations thereon to
the Board of Commissioners and shall have such other powers and duties
as provided in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code and as
determined by the Board of Commissioners.
