A.
The Neighborhood
Service Officer shall be delegated appropriate authority by City departments
for general enforcement of certain sections of the City of Lake Mills
Code of Ordinances, including issuance of citations and correction
orders to violations, in enforcement of appropriate sections of the
City of Lake Mills Code of Ordinances.
(1)
Authority for general enforcement, including issuance of citations and correction orders, for violations of Chapter 479, Nuisances, may be delegated to the Neighborhood Service Officer by the Police Chief, Fire Inspector, Facilities and Grounds Director, Director of Public Works, and Building Inspector.

Authority for general enforcement, including issuance of citations and correction orders, for violations of Chapter 573, Streets and Sidewalks, Article I, Obstructing Streets and Sidewalks, Article II, Sidewalks and Vaults, Article V, Obstructions and Encroachments; Privileges in Streets, Article VII, Snow and Ice Removal, Article VIII, Excavations, may be delegated to the Neighborhood Service Officer by the Police Chief, Facilities and Grounds Director, Director of Public Works and Building Inspector.

Authority for general enforcement, including issuance of citations and correction orders, for violations of Chapter 650, Subdivision Regulations, Article II, Administration and Enforcement, and Chapter 660, Zoning Regulations, Article II, General Regulations, Article VI, Signage, and Article IX, Zoning Procedures and Administration, may be delegated to the Neighborhood Service Officer by the Building Inspector.
B.
Authority
delegated to the Neighborhood Service Officer may be revoked in the
same manner by which it is conferred.
