Additional ad hoc advisory boards and committees may be created.
The duties of such boards and committees shall be as directed by the
Mayor and/or City Administrator, with the advice and input of the
Board of Aldermen. Such boards and committees will report to the Mayor,
City Administrator and Board of Aldermen as needed.

Ad hoc boards and committees shall be composed of a number of
members as determined by the Mayor with the approval of the Board
of Aldermen. Members of such boards and committees shall be appointed
by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen. The Mayor,
Board of Aldermen members, residents of the City of Camdenton, residents
of the Camdenton area, and employees of the City may serve on such
boards and committees. No more than two (2) members of the Board of
Aldermen may serve on any of such boards and committees.

No compensation shall be paid to ad hoc boards and committees.
Employees of the City of Camdenton may perform work on and for such
boards and committees as part of their duties for which they would
receive their normal compensation.

There shall be no set terms of service for such boards and committees.
Generally, persons will be appointed to fill vacant positions as needed.
Such boards and committees may be long term for continued needs or
may be temporary in nature if needed for a specific project or need.
The Mayor, with the consent of the Board of Aldermen, may remove persons
from such ad hoc boards and committees with or without cause.
