A. 
Sketch maps submitted to the Planning Board may be prepared in pen or pencil, shall be drawn to a convenient scale of not more than 50 feet to an inch and shall show the following information:
(1) 
The title of the proposed subdivision, graphic scale, North arrow, date, property owner's name and address and name and address of the licensed professional engineer or surveyor preparing the sketch map.
(2) 
The location of property lines, existing easements, burial grounds, railroad rights-of-way, watercourses and existing wooded areas or trees six inches or more in diameter measured three feet above ground level; the location, width and names of all existing or platted streets or other public ways within or immediately adjacent to the tract; the names of adjoining property owners; and a vicinity map as specified in Subsection C of not more than 400 feet to the inch.
(3) 
The location and sizes of existing sewers, water mains, culverts and other underground structures within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto; and existing permanent buildings and utility poles on or immediately adjacent to the site.
(4) 
Topography, at the same scale as the sketch map, with a contour interval of two feet, and referred-to base datum, except for subdivisions of three lots or fewer.
(5) 
The proposed street names and approximate locations and widths of proposed streets.
(6) 
Preliminary proposals for connection with existing water supply and sanitary sewage systems; and preliminary provisions for collecting and discharging surface water drainage, including the tentative locations and sizes of drains, culverts, catch basins, curbs and gutters.
(7) 
The approximate locations, dimensions and areas of all proposed or existing lots.
(8) 
The approximate locations, dimensions and areas of all parcels of land proposed to be set aside for park or playground use or other public use or for the use of property owners in the proposed subdivision.
(9) 
The location of temporary stakes to enable the Planning Board to find and appraise features on the sketch map in the field.
B. 
Whenever the sketch map covers only a part of an applicant's contiguous holdings, the applicant shall submit, at the scale of no more than 400 feet to the inch, a sketch of the proposed subdivision area, together with its proposed street system, and an indication of the probable future street and drainage system of the remaining portion of the tract. This information may be shown on the vicinity map.
C. 
Vicinity data. The sketch map shall be accompanied by a vicinity map drawn at a scale of not more than 400 feet to the inch showing the following:
(1) 
All existing subdivisions and tract lines of parcels within 1,000 feet of the boundary of the applicant's property, together with the names of the owners of adjacent parcels of land, namely those directly abutting or directly across any and all streets adjoining the proposed subdivision.
(2) 
The locations, widths and names of existing or proposed streets, easements, building lines and rights-of-way pertaining to the proposed subdivision and to the properties as designated above.
(3) 
The boundaries and designations of zoning districts affecting the tract, political boundaries and parks or other public spaces.
A. 
The preliminary map shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer or land surveyor at a convenient scale of not less than one inch equals 30 feet, and the sheets shall conform to § 334 of the Real Property Law and any amendments thereto and be numbered in sequence.
B. 
The preliminary map shall show the following:
(1) 
The location of the property with respect to surrounding property and streets; the names of all adjoining property owners; the names of adjoining streets; and a vicinity map as provided in § 250-114C.
(2) 
The locations and dimensions of all boundary lines of the property.
(3) 
The locations of existing streets, sewers, drains, water mains, easements, water bodies, streams and other pertinent features, such as wetlands, railroads and buildings.
(4) 
The locations and widths of all existing and proposed streets and easements.
(5) 
The locations, dimensions and area of all proposed or existing lots.
(6) 
The locations and dimensions of all property proposed to be set aside for park or playground use or other public or private reservation, with designation of the purpose thereof.
(7) 
The names and addresses of the owner or owners of the land to be subdivided, the name and address of the subdivider if other than the owner and the name of the professional engineer or land surveyor.
(8) 
The date of the map, approximate true North scale and title of the subdivision.
(9) 
Sufficient data acceptable to the Village Engineer to determine readily the location, bearing and length of all lines and to reproduce such lines upon the ground; and the location of all proposed monuments.
(10) 
The approved names of all new streets.
(11) 
The form for endorsement by the Planning Board Chairman as provided in § 250-93C.
Construction plans shall be prepared for all required improvements. Plans shall be drawn at a scale no less than one inch equals 50 feet, and the sheets shall conform to § 334 of the Real Property Law and any amendments thereto.
A. 
Profiles showing existing and proposed elevations along the center line of all roads. Where a proposed road intersects an existing road or roads, the elevation along the center line of the existing road or roads, within 100 feet of the intersection, shall be shown.
B. 
The Planning Board may require, where steep slopes exist, that present and proposed elevations of all proposed streets be shown every 100 feet at five points on a line at right angles to the center line of the street, and said elevation points shall be at the center line of the street, each property line and points 25 feet inside each property line.
C. 
The following shall be required:
(1) 
Plans and profiles showing the locations and typical cross sections of street pavements, including curbs and gutters, sidewalks, manholes and catch basins; the locations of street trees, streetlighting standards and street signs; the location, size and invert elevations of existing and proposed sanitary sewers, storm water drains and fire hydrants; and the exact location, if the same can be shown, and size of all water, gas or other underground utilities or structures; and the proposed grading of all proposed lots.
(2) 
The location, size, elevation and other appropriate description of any existing facilities or utilities at the point of connection to proposed facilities and utilities within the subdivision.
(3) 
All specifications and references required by the Village regulations for subdivisions.
(4) 
Notation of approval as follows:

(5) 
The title, name, address and signature of the professional engineer or surveyor and the date, including revision dates.
The final subdivision plat shall be presented in India ink on tracing cloth, or equivalent, and shall be at the same scale and contain the same information, except for any changes or additions required by resolution of the Board, as shown on the preliminary map. The preliminary map may be used as the final subdivision plat if it meets these requirements and is revised in accordance with the Board's resolution. All revision dates must be shown, as well as the following:
A. 
Endorsement of the County Health Department.
B. 
Lots numbered as directed by the Planning Board. Lot numbers shall be secured by the applicant from the Town Tax Assessor.
