Space for loading and unloading of goods and materials shall be provided on the premises in accordance with the following schedule:

NOTE: Each loading space shall not be less than 10 feet in width and 35 feet in length, exclusive of access or turning lanes, and have a minimum vertical clearance of 14 feet. Loading spaces may occupy all or any part of any required yard, except the front yard or required screened area. All loading spaces shall abut their respective loading platforms.
