(A) 
The Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Public Safety, or their designees, and the Suffolk County Police Department shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Chapter, and eject from a park or beach any person violating any provision of this Chapter.
(B) 
A person or business entity who commits or causes another to commit any act in violation of this Chapter, other than § 159-20(O), shall be deemed to have committed an offense against this Chapter, and shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than fifty ($50) dollars and not more than one thousand ($1,000) dollars. A violation of § 159-20(O) shall be punishable by a civil penalty of twenty-five ($25) dollars. Any person or entity found by the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication to have violated any provision of this Chapter shall likewise be subject to a monetary penalty in an amount within the range of fines or penalties authorized for the respective violations referenced therein.

(C) 
Seizure of property. The Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Public Safety, or their designees, and the Suffolk County Police Department shall have the authority to seize or confiscate any property, item or device prohibited in the park or used in violation of this Chapter, as in their discretion is necessary to protect the health, safety or welfare of park users or wildlife, or to preserve the peace and good order. Any person's whose property has been confiscated may, within fourteen (14) days, file a written request for a hearing to determine whether the property should be returned to the owner. A parent, guardian or person-in-charge of a minor must file on the minor's behalf. Such requests shall be filed with the Huntington Town Clerk, at 100 Main Street, Huntington, New York 11743. A hearing shall be held before a hearing officer appointed by the Town Board. If no hearing is requested, then in that event, the property may be disposed of at the expiration of thirty (30) days of the date confiscated. In the hearing officer's sole discretion, a request for a hearing filed after fourteen (14) days but before the thirty (30) day period expires, may be entertained for good cause shown.
(D) 
Revocation of permit. In addition to the penalties herein provided, a permit may be revoked by the Director if the permit holder has violated a condition or restriction of the permit; or a lawful order of the Director, his designee, park personnel, or law enforcement officer; or a provision of this Chapter.
