Code of the Town of Huntington]
No tractor, tractor crane, power shovel, farming
equipment or other vehicle or conveyance equipped with metal lugs,
chains or spiked wheels such that they threaten damage to the surface
of a paved road shall be operated upon or over any Town highway.

A violation of this article by any person or entity is an offense
which, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not less than two
hundred fifty ($250) dollars and not more than one thousand ($1,000)
dollars for each offense. Any person or entity found by the Bureau
of Administrative Adjudication to have violated this article is likewise
subject to a monetary penalty within the range of fines authorized
herein.
