CHARTER REFERENCES

Regular meetings of the City Council shall be
held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the City Hall,
and shall commence at 6:30 p.m., Eastern standard time. In the event
that any such Tuesday is a legal holiday, the meeting shall be rescheduled
and held within 10 business days prior to or after the Tuesday that
is a legal holiday.
