Wherever duly marked and designated crosswalks
are placed on the public streets, roads and highways of Athens Township,
it shall be the obligation and requirement of any person crossing
said street, road or highway on foot to use the marked crosswalk.
Crosswalks shall be marked on designated streets
as follows:

All motor vehicles shall yield the right-of-way
to pedestrians crossing in the marked crosswalks.
Any person who violates the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a summary offense. Upon conviction thereof,
such offender shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 and
not more than $100, together with costs of prosecution.
