Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.), or provided for in another provision of this Part 1, every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this Part 1 shall be guilty of a summary offense. Upon conviction thereof, such person shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $75.
