A.
No person shall engage in the practice of, or conduct
a business for, piercing, scarring or branding the body of a human being.
B.
No person shall give away or sell or offer to give away
or sell any device or method or combination thereof designed or intended to
be used for the purpose of creating a hole through, perforating, piercing,
scarring or branding any part of the body of a human being.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 90 days, or both.
