All applications for licenses issued by the
City of Clifton which require a license fee of any amount greater
than $25 shall be accompanied by a processing fee, payable to the
City of Clifton, in the amount of $25.
All licenses issued by the City of Clifton shall
be renewed within the period designated by the applicable chapter
and section of this Code. Any licensee not renewing said license within
the period designated by the applicable Code section shall be determined
to be delinquent. Licensees failing to submit renewal applications
within 30 days of the date due shall pay to the City of Clifton the
following late charges:
