The Town of Old Saybrook, as allowed under the
provisions of C.G.S. § 9-204b entitled "Optional Alternative
System With Towns For Four-Year Terms For Boards of Education," notwithstanding
the provisions of any general statute to the contrary, hereby adopts
the provisions for nominating, voting and electing members of the
Board of Education of the Town of Old Saybrook as is set forth in
said statute.
